Event information / Description:
Visit to a 4 Horses Ranch for demonstration on how to saddle, walk, trot and canter a horse, pet and give apples and carrots.
From there we will continue to Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park it is a dramatic desert wonderland, with striking rock formations that point skyward. This pairing of unique beauty and convenience has made Vasquez Rocks a popular location for the film industry and the park has a long list of credits, including Star Trek, Blazing Saddles, The Flintstones, Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, Amazon Women on the Moon, Dante's Peak, Hot Shots! Part Deux, Rustlers' Rhapsody, The Flintstones, Blazing Saddles, Free Enterprise, Paul, and Hail, Caesar!. Television shows include Zorro, The Fugitive, F Troop, The A-Team, MacGyver and G.L.O.W.
We will continue on a 1Hr scenic back road trip to Lake Castaic.
